Bracken Peak Limited was formed by Vikki Aitchison in 2007 to provide Change Management, Organisational and Personal Transformation solutions across all industries and business functions.

Vikki has over 20 years experience in developing and implementing business focused solutions across a range of organisations, cultures and brands such as, IT & Electronics, Automotive and Financial Services. Vikki is passionate about driving businesses forward, people, challenging individuals and organisations to realise their potential, thus building personal and organisational capabilities for the future. Her style is one of partnering for success; working in a highly collaborative way at all levels.

Her philosophy is simple: to make an impact in people’s lives is what motivates and inspires her.
